He repaired two bikes. Very competent, very fast, very reliable, and fair prices. He takes care of things and knows what he's doing. I'll always take my bikes there now.

We were on our way to Hohenneuffen Castle and had a breakdown near Frickenhausen. We looked up nearby bike shops/services on Google and found John's Radhaus. We called, they were friendly on the phone, and drove us there, or rather, pushed us. John was very friendly and competent in helping us. Thank you very much, we were able to complete the tour successfully (albeit in an abbreviated form).

I had a major job done on my old e-bike, including a chain, two rims, two tires, etc. The quote was cheaper than initially discussed. The work was carried out perfectly and even within the agreed price. John is very friendly and patient. It's best to call ahead. Keep up the good work, John!
